Live For Speed Live for speed, shortly LFS, is among the very succesfull racing simulators. Unfortunately, Skoda brand is missing again in the available cars. I was looking for an editor at forums, but I never found it. I found even rumors that the cars are hardcoded in the game and there will be never any car editor for live for speed...
...let me see...
Thanks to a couple of attempts I identified data files, where cars are stored. During the next two days I discovered most meaning of the contents. I have successfully exported models from game. I am definitely on the right way, now it is time to start working on the editor.
I have prepared 130RS in 3D Studion for the first tests
I made 3D view to the editor and changed couple of key things.
First test import to the LFS
"I would like" does not mean anything... "I want" can do even impossible ! Again, I spent a few hours on the creation of LFS CAR EDITOR
Close to midnight I made the first test car import
And jump into little race
It is just a test car, it is necessary to improve both the model and the skin. But definitely I am on the right way...

Still missing to complete the interior and a couple of small things, and our 130RS will be ready for race :)

Dobrý den chtěl bych vám doporučit hru Live For Speed je to nejlepší závodní simulátor,dále bych vám chtěl doporučit nejlepší ČeskoSlovenskej server pro tuto hru,můžete si tam zahrát zadarmo,dokonce mají ten server upravenej různé hodnosti,body,statistiky atd.Je to vážně super jezdí tam dobrá parta lidí,dokonce tam pořádaj demo ligy v LFS,a na serveru jsou stále admini což je jen dobře proto to taky chválím. ahoj, hezká práce ... pokud to rozesíláš, tak bych chtěl taky poprosit jrk@zwl.cz klidně bys mohl poslat i další modely do lfs které jsi vytvořil ... btw .. pro ostatní ... na www.lfsmods.com se dá stáhnout favorit ... a mraky dalších aut jiných značek
