Story :
If you find blisters in your drip mouldings, it is time to seriously start thinking about your roof. Blisters are usually a sign of corrosion. Due to changes in temperature, water vapour precipitates on the roof and runs in the roof frame, where it stays and corrodes the S110R's frame and roof plate.
Here you can see profile of the frame, three plates are connecting here.
If you cut the roof off, you might discover something like this. I would like to mention that the drip mouldings were firmly attached and only about three blisters were visible in the whole lenght.

After you've cut the plate out, start de-welding the frame and removing the old drip mouldings.

I removed the whole frame from above the back window because it was more effective.

When the whole frame is disassembled and cleaned, start welding new one on.

I had a custom plate made, which I then spot welded onto the bottom of the frame
Now take the new roof plate. You can use a fiberglass one like me. If there is not too much corrosion on the original roof plate, it can be used again.

We pin in the fiberglass one, weld in the metal one. We can hammer in the drip mouldings or get them ready for ridges.
Grind and put a putty on the final result.

Oblouk je tvarovaný právě tou fantazií až na místě. O koleno a tak podobně. Kde byl oblouk moc velký, výztuhu jsem přeřízl a nastavil.

Tak to jo, a jsou nějaké rozměry? Koukám že jsou i prohnuté trochu do oblouku aby to sedělo na okna a podélně nad dveřma, je na to nějaký fígl, nebo měřit měřit a měřit?

Docela jsem o tom uvažoval a ta laminátová střecha se mi zdá docela dobrá. Koukal jsem na ní na netu a asi do toho pujdu, je to nejlepší možnost.. Laminát na střeše bude na věky, kdež to plech nevydržel ani 10let.. Tak teda dík Davesi

Nejsnadnější je laminátová slupka, novou plechovou asi neseženeš.

Potřeboval by jsem si také vyměnit střechu, ale nevim kde tu střechu sehnat, jediná možnost je že vyměnim střechu z jiného erka ale je to otázka času a rezu. Nejraděj by jsem chtěl také vyměnit slupku střechy, nevíte kde tu slupku sehnat??
