Story :
Who does not know a certain way about taking the front and rear windows out, is surely bit scared of it. :)
I have tried many ways myself, from kicking, through wrenching, to cutting it out. And believe it or not, today I am going to tell you, how to easily take the windows out without damaging seals, windows or your nerves.
All you need is an ordinary piece of wire, for example a fencing wire.

Take the wire and tuck it gradually between the window seal and car´s body. Start at the top and continue sideways. Bend the wire, tuck it in, bend it again, tuck it in....continue like this as long as you have a wire left.

This way decorated window will safely start ejecting itself out.

Once you wire around more than half the window, it is possible to take the window out.

I took many windows out this way, from Skoda 100 through Skoda 100R right up to Skoda 120. None of the windows got damaged.
If you can´t find anywhere a suitable wire, you can use small nails, about 3cm long and 1.5 mm in diameter.
Tuck the nails in similar to the wire, about one every 10cm. It will hold the seal up and you can take the window out.
Never try to take the window out with screwdrivers, by pressure at one point, or by other violent forces.
I have a tip for glazing too.
1) Rub a soap onto the window´s edges from both sides to ensure that the window will later sit well in the rubber seal.
2) Put the seal onto the window and watch out where is the connection. It will look the best, if it ends up being in the middle, not just anywhere.
3) Push the aluminium bar into the rubber (or whatever else goes there). Using soapy water can help here too.
4) Coil the wire around the window from top to bottom, so that the wire can cross itself at the bottom and it needs to overlap a little.
5) Try to sit the bottom side of the window in so the middle ends up right in the middle of the car.
6) By pushing on the window from above, force it to stay on the bottom edge.
7) By pulling on the wire, slowly pull the seal over the edge of the car´s body. I usually do this a piece at the time. Piece on the left side, piece on the right side, left side, right side....
8) .By pressing on the window from above settle it in. Keep helping the rubber seal to sit in. It is also necessary to keep straightening the seal from above, so it would not create bumps.
9) When the whole window is in, rearrange the seal from inside and pull it in.

The whole process needs a certain amount of patience and bit of a time. New window in Skoda 110R took me about three hours, window in Rapid little bit over one hour. New seal is very stretched into the other direction than it is on the car (that is logical, otherwise it would leak), so there is quite a bit of work to be done, before it sits in. It is much easier to glaze window into an old seal. That takes only few minutes. Skoda 110R´s window is quite tough and puts up with lots, but Rapid´s window is much worse. It is less arched and it is thinner.
